We are not responsible for how you should use this software. You agree not use it in an abusive, intrusive or malicious manner in breach of existing ToS of software installed or will be installed in the future on your computer. Botting, scripting, automating is considered a breach of TOS with many games and may result in your account with that game, being banned/terminated. In the occurance of such event, we assume no responsibility. We reserve the right to terminate access to our software; in the event of usage/behavior we deem unacceptable. Purchased access to our software does not bind our liability to fulfill the whole duration in the event of financial difficulties and/or the termination of the software itself.
